China Re Life’s 13th Five-Year Plan Preparation Group held the first meeting on March 13. Deputy General Manager Tian Meipan attended and addressed the meeting.
The meeting introduced the background of plan preparation, general framework, and specific tasks. As required by China Re, the company’s 13th Five-Year Plan will include a master plan and 13 priorities, covering a wide range of areas and demanding high quality. The formulation of the plan calls for the joint efforts of all departments. Participants of the meeting also discussed the division of responsibilities, timeline, and other issues regarding the 13 priorities.
Deputy General Manager Tian Meipan further stressed the 13th Five-Year Plan’s significance, demand for collaboration, and role as guidelines in his closing speech. He also noted that the 13 priority tasks should be completed with high quality. Given the time limit, all departments should take this opportunity to promote team building. He required the preparation group to communicate more with all departments to make sure that the company’s future development strategy is devised effectively.
