The first session of China Re Life Junior Underwriter Training was held in Beijing from December 3 to 5 to enhance the company’s image on the technology front and to increase its clients’ service capacity. There were about 80 trainees from more than 40 of China Re Life’s client companies. Fang Li, Deputy General Manager of China Re Life, showed up at the event and delivered a speech.
This training session was customized for junior underwriters of China Re Life’s client companies. It covered the basics such as underwriting principles, basic underwriting skills, and basic knowledge of insurance claims, as well as practical contents such as career development of underwriters and the underwriting manual of China Re Life. Financial underwriting in personal insurance, medical underwriting, underwriting in group insurance, and other concepts were explained clearly and concisely with illustrated cases.
There were altogether 15 lectures characterized by rich and useful contents in both theoretical and practical terms. They received popular acclaim from the trainees and promoted the communication and interaction between China Re Life and its client companies.
